A very good day was had by all who attended the training day for Synchro teachers held at Rams Rest on Sunday 26th June. 20 teachers attended and where given lots of tips from Synchro Tutor Lisa Smith from the Swimming Teachers Ass. Here we all are trying it out for ourselves in the pool …. loads of fun!
