Suffolk Swimming is a privately run swim school established in 1988 by Theresa Bex-Elmer.

Originally run from various local pools, the school established a permanent base at Rams Rest, Martlesham in 1993.

Set in beautiful woodland surroundings near the banks of the river Deben, the facilities at Rams Rest provide the ideal environment for the development of both confidence and competence in the water
