Suffolk Swimming is conveniently placed in Ipswich (Ipswich School Henly Road IP1 3SG) and Swilland (Swim at The Mill IP6 9LW) with ample free parking.

Suffolk Swimming is a privately run swim school established in 1988 by Theresa Bex-Elmer.

Originally run from various local pools, the school established a permanent base at Rams Rest, Martlesham in 1993 and since 2024 has relocated to pools in Ipswich and Swilland Suffolk.

These locations provide the ideal facilities and environment for the development of both confidence and competence in the water for all ages from 10 weeks.
