SWIMMING CANCELLED!! FRIDAY 18TH FEBRUARY SORRY FOLKS BUT DUE TO THE WEATHER WE HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE THE POOL FOR THE REST OF THE DAY IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR SAFETY. HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL SERVICE TOMORROW

Suffolk Swimming is a privately run swim school established in 1988 by Theresa Bex-Elmer.

Originally run from various local pools, the school established a permanent base at Rams Rest, Martlesham in 1993.

Set in beautiful woodland surroundings near the banks of the river Deben, the facilities at Rams Rest provide the ideal environment for the development of both confidence and competence in the water
